I took an almond chocolatine, a grape brioche and a pack of 10 chouquettes. Really very good. I was very well advised by the two ladies who were there. I will return without hesitation

The worst parking lot in Rosemère. I can no longer count the number of times I have had to turn around without being able to enter the store, like again today. The location is really poorly thought out. It's a shame, because the products are excellent and the employees are very friendly and efficient. However, I no longer intend to persist. Now, if I can't go to the opening, I prefer to buy elsewhere. The architect who designed this site clearly missed his target... he deserves to be fired.

I have been a regular customer of this bakery since it opened, I pass almost twice a week and each time I leave around thirty $$$, a few days ago the quality of the croissants became disappointing, the hard texture…., this Monday 2024-10-14 I made the remark to the girl at the checkout kindly in order to remedy the situation but to my great surprise the so-called manager who just has the name but no name
‘Empathy towards customers was behind her. She answers me with such arrogance (well it's going to be the same thing as last time, don't take them) but what
response coming from a manager, instead of finding a solution and apologizing and taking my comment seriously…., she subtly told me that we do not need you as a customer, I would like to add that she was aggressive and responded with a lot of nastiness

My goal was to raise awareness of this person in order to improve the product.

It is essential for any self-respecting business to respect its customers and provide friendly and attentive service to its customers and not respond to customers in this way…..

My message is addressed to the owner, pay attention to the management team in place because if it continues like this and as they say the wheel turns and life is made of cycles that nothing is permanent.

Among the three best bakeries I have been to across Canada and believe there are many. And I'm not even talking about their pastries which transport me to a small Parisian café.

Excellent bakery! This is the 3rd time we have bought desserts there and they are still delicious. I had a quiche Lorraine and it was delicious! Well done! I used a delivery service this time because I didn't have time and I was afraid that the lemon meringue tart would arrive damaged, but everything was perfect.

I recently visited Ange and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The service was shockingly bad— The staff was rude and dismissive, showing no interest selling any product resolving the situation or offering any explanation.
