While the drinks and food are tasty, the place is often packed which makes it hard to find a place to sit, and when you do find a place to sit there often isn't anything to plug your computer in. The place being so busy also means the staff is overworked and ends up making mistakes, which is annoying because it makes you order takes a very long time, but they are very apologetic about it and kind.

The coffee here used to taste amazing, but for the past 2 years the quality has declined tremendously. Every time I order a latte iced or cold it tastes horrible. Not sure what changed or if they’re using expired or moldy espresso beans but I won’t be ordering any coffee from here anymore which is disappointing because this used to be my favourite. Food is still good though
