For some time the service has been less good, many customers talk about the cleanliness of the tables, and so on, I go there regularly it pains me to criticize because there are very good employees, this week I am I've been there several times and twice I order a latte to bring, I get to the car and realize that it's a very disappointing black coffee and yet I always give a good tip, hoping that that will change.

The manager refused me a small portion of milk for my baby. I wanted to pay for the milk. No sensitivity on the part of the manager. Neither commercial nor human. A place not to be recommended. Too bad for the girls who are in the service and who work hard.

I asked for a glass of water for my crying daughter, but they wouldn't give it to me. I was then offered a (polluting) plastic bottle for $2.50. Disappointing.

You must teach your employees good customer service even in a difficult situation. My daughter, having neurological disorders, ordered a drink whose price was too expensive for her. She was treated in the worst possible way. After my daughter asked him for a cheaper drink, the employee wouldn't answer her and wouldn't give her her money either. Other customers had to intervene before she gave the money to my daughter. She could not order anything else because the employee no longer spoke to her and no longer looked at her. My daughter had to leave humiliated and go buy something to drink elsewhere. Please explain to the employee in question (Sunday May 18th 3:30/4pm) that there are all kinds of situations and people in life who deserve to be treated with dignity like everyone else. My daughter didn't deserve to be treated like this. This is a situation where there shouldn't have been this abusive and disparaging behavior. Everything could have been settled with respect and explanations. Please educate your employees on the basic standards of respect and caring. This is possible even while maintaining compliance with trade standards. In the meantime it is clear that no member of my family will return to your business.

Bought two drinks there, they were fine, bought a Danish there and when I got home to eat it, I've come to realize it was old. So dry and hard it was disgusting, for the price you charge, you should have FRESH items to sell! You should be ashamed and embarrassed to sell garbage like that for those prices!

Great menu. The one next to the Wal Mart the manager is talking so loud you can only hear her. It is difficult to be in your bubble or chat without hearing it. Damage

Worst experience by far!, do not waste your time. After waiting over 15 min just to order , I waited another 20 min for my coffees. One of them was absolutely horrible, I saw the girl redo it twice. When I confronted them, they had the worst attitude and customer service.
