We came here for my birthday after having a good experience for my sister’s celebration, but unfortunately this visit was really disappointing. Service felt cold and impersonal, and while appetizers came on time, our meals took over an hour and mine arrived cold. The biggest letdown was that despite two of my friends mentioning to staff (including our waitress) that it was my birthday and asking for a cake, nothing ever came, even after a reminder. For a special occasion, it felt completely overlooked, which was very disheartening.

We were there for la Sunday lunch and it was quite empty at the time we arrived. The first waiter that took us to the table was not nice at all. I would even say rude in the way she talked to us. The waiter on the table for the was a lot nicer and not rude. The waiting time for the food, one hour and a bit, considering it was almost empty, was not something we cannot understand. They mentioned there was an error in the food but still, with 3 tables with people hard to understand. The food itself, out of 4 plates in the table only one was good (penne with sausage). The remaining were average to mediocre. The cannelloni felt like the one you can buy in the supermarket. The restaurant looks nice and it was a nice environment.

This is definitely not real Italian food. $30 for not al dente pasta with bland sauce. Pizza with not real Italian sausages. Only the rapinnis were ok but that's hard not to make ok. $200 meal wasted for nothing

We had a reservation for a group. The service was extremely slow, to the point where I asked the server if there was a shortage of staff. From starter to dessert, it took 3.5 hours. 😬 The children had time to receive their plate and finish it before receiving our plates. I understand we were a large group, but this was an unacceptable wait.

We called Friday noon to reserve a table (bench 21-22 or 23) for 5:00 p.m. and I was told that we did not take reservations for banquettes, that it was 1st come, first served. We still decided to go there for dinner. When arriving at 5:00 p.m. (time of our reservation) seat #22 is free. We wanted to settle there. I am told that the seat is already reserved. We ask for seat 21 which is also free. Same answer. Today was the 2nd time this situation had arisen. Are tables reserved for special customers? This doesn't sound very serious. On the other hand, good food and impeccable service. I don't think I'll go back there.
