It took almost 15 minutes just to be acknowledged then we had to repeat our order 4 times to the server even after it was punched in. First thing ordered was wrong so they had to start again and the server seemed clueless. Out of the 4 items we ordered only 1 was given to us and it was wrong as well. Asked for a refund after waiting 25 minutes and that took 3 times to get right, another 10 minutes. So 35 minutes to leave with nothing. There were other issues as well but I’ll leave it that. We live in NDG and the service at that location is always stellar. The Rosemère location is also a Cafe Depot and not a stand alone shop which could be the reason for the lack of training. Anyway the poor ratings truly reflect our experience. We left and went to Chocolats Favoris just down the street where we ordered and were served in 5 minutes. Sadly disappointed ?
