I've been there multiple times and you never know if you're going to have a good experience or not, most of the time the food is good and the workers are nice but somedays (mostly at night) there are workers who just ignore everyone and close the restaurant before the time it should close so it's more about being lucky with who's working there and if there's too mqny people. Also if you invite a large group of people there's going to be a mistake in at least one order as most of the times they're understaffed and can't keep up with the amount of customers. Overall it's fine and i like having it so close to where i live but the times you have a bad experience it's really bad

The drive-through signs are not clear. We ordered a McDouble, but got a cheeseburger instead. When we were leaving the exit lane of the fast food restaurant, we came across a curb side that immediately caused us a flat tire. We were stranded for over 2 hours because of this issue. We saw a vehicule experiencing the same issue as us not long after we went through that situation. I'm not coming back to this place ever. Fix this curb side because other customers like us might experience this.

Whoever made my food this morning at 10:30 was horrible, i asked for a toasted sesame bagel with butter and cream cheese, what i got was: non-toasted, no butter, was not sesame, and barely any cream cheese. The entire time, the employees were laughing together and i had to wait 10 minutes for a simple bagel, they were too busy talking and laughing together, absolutely horrible service i will never come to this location again. Please hire better employees.

The fries are always half full When you order a large fries you receive the large size but the portion is that of a small fries I find it very dishonest Fries are always half full You order a larger frie and you only get a large packaging with the portion of a small frie Very dishonest behavior

My son 9 years old went to ask for a refill at the cashier stand and the employee told him to go ask at the pick up counter. He waited patiently there for 5 minutes. As I saw no one acknowledging him, went to the counter to ask for the refill. The employee responded sharply they do not do refills anymore. When told it was his colleague who asked us to wait and ask here (which we did for 5 minutes) he still implied there was a misunderstanding, and it was the manager who said so. Said he could give us a cup of water instead. Wanted to write a review as we weren't impressed by customer service.
