My son 9 years old went to ask for a refill at the cashier stand and the employee told him to go ask at the pick up counter. He waited patiently there for 5 minutes. As I saw no one acknowledging him, went to the counter to ask for the refill. The employee responded sharply they do not do refills anymore. When told it was his colleague who asked us to wait and ask here (which we did for 5 minutes) he still implied there was a misunderstanding, and it was the manager who said so. Said he could give us a cup of water instead. Wanted to write a review as we weren't impressed by customer service.

Fast service for a McDonald's, we received our order in less than 5 minutes. I was disappointed that it no longer offers free refills. The McDonald's had a nice big dining room. I recommend.

One the worst McDonald's service I've seen.
First they give me a Mighty McMuffin without the sausage and bacon so that takes an extra 15 minutes to correct that.
Then they mess up the mcnugget order too and only gives 5 mcnugget instead of 6 ?. 10/10

Nous avons réserver pour l’anniversaire de notre fille qui a eu 5 ans et tout était tout simplement parfait. Tania et toute son équipe nous ont accueilli avec un beau sourire et même des beaux sacs à surprises .Le restaurant était chaleureux et propre tout le monde on eu beaucoup de plaisir.
