Delicious pretzels, service was fast and staff was friendly. There aren't many tables and it's rather small, but it's perfectly fine for take out orders. Their pretzels are a good snack to have while walking through the mall.

I wanted a fresh pretzel and the mean lady refused to make me a fresh one, I never had that problem at other Mr pretzels. The one in Laval always makes me fresh ones no questions asked, I was more then willing to wait and she had other ones at the back prepared so it wasn't like she was out of Prezelts. I like them fresh out of the over not even one minute out of the oven.

The lady provides very poor service. She made a mistake in the order and raised her voice by telling us that it was our fault, that it was too late.
Honestly, I will never go back there. Raising the tone on a woman and her baby to boot.
