I order all the time from this place , never been so disappointed, everyone makes mistakes but this time was it , the girl on the phone made a mistake blaming the cook, she called me back twice to confirm the order, both orders where completely wrong, and when I called back they never tried to correct the mistake, after being on hold for 10 minutes they offered me 5.00$ off my next order on a 40$ order plus tip …. Or even try to send the correct food soggy fries in cooked pizza wrong toppings just horrible customer service, this is the last time I go back

Bad staff behavior, 0 customer service. We asked the cashier a frice as a gift as a joke after ordering two x large pizzas and frice and he says if im a dancer like who does that !!! Bad never come back here again

Ordered pizza and poutine took a bite of the poutine and there was something hard in the poutine. It was like a piece of Metal. I chipped a tooth. I called and spoke to the manager explaining the situation and he said he makes 100 poutines so it’s not his problem. I asked him to check his equipment and to inspect their he again repeated it’s not their problem he makes 100 poutines a day! Will never order from there again!!

I like Gino most of the time, but last time I ordered, the driver got here and just took my money and left with the change. Didn't even let me attempt to tip him, he just didn't give me back my change. Extremely disrespectful and I bet he did this because I was young. The food isn't bad but clearly they need higher standards when hiring their staff because the rudeness from one of their drivers is enough to not want me to order there again. Lost a customer because of a horrible employee. Following this, I can't say I recommend buying from here.

It's a good pizza in the area, but we don't appreciate the 18% tip as the minimum amount suggested by the machine

Bad experience ever!
I am asked if I pay cash on the phone, I say yes, the guy points out and tells me he has no change! He asks to make an interact transfer, so I refuse. When he comes back I ask him did you get change he tells me no the pizzeria told me to take your $50 and go get change at the grocery store!!!! But what is a delivery man without change and then we ask for a transfer or to take the agent to go change!!! After no response from the pizzeria, they hung up and the delivery man took it upon himself! This is complete nonsense!!! So pay in advance or good luck!
