Very bad attitude from the waitress, she gets mad when don’t order more food every time she comes back. Keeps insisting on us to buy more, while telling her that we’re full. Gaver her a tip and still gives us attitude. My worst experience in a restaurant ever. Never coming back to this place ever again.

Best chef ever. Great service. Love the terrace, and their arugula salad! Of course the pizza, and don't miss the octopus:)

Nice ambiance and a great tasting wood fired pizza. We were also lucky enough to be served by Sofia who was very attentive. She truly made it a great dining experience.

La cuisine à oublier de faire notre entrée, on a attendu 45min pour l'entrée. Les plats principaux sont arrivés directement après notre entrée, on venait tout juste de la finir qu'on nous mettait une autre assiette devant nous. De plus, la personne qui donnait les plats étaient incapable de dire bonjour ou bon appétit. Après avoir reçu nos plats, j'ai dû demander pour du parmesan avec mes pâtes qui normalement est fait dans blé. J'ai dû demander à la serveuse de venir, j'ai attendu encore un bon 15 min avec mon plat devant moi. Elle n'est jamais venu nous demander si tout était correct. Musique beaucoup trop forte pour une date. Ça me donne pas envie de retourner au Sofia.

Belle expérience mais accueil un peu rude. La nourriture est bonne et la serveuse a été impeccable.

Terrible service. Even if you order pickup and the order is ready you have to wait 30 minutes staring at your pizza boxes just being ignored by the staff. Front host doesn’t make any effort to expedite. Staff is running around confused. The foos is good but I have been disappointed too many times with the service for this overpriced menu. Never again.

The hostess was great, A+. The rest of the evening was less than par. Lest start with the food. Carpaccio was good but barely on the plate. For 26$ you get a spoon full at best. The meat was so thin, at best 14$ plate. Calamari was good. Again expensive for the tiny amount. Both pastas had no taste whatsoever so ever. They both looked good but honestly missing salt and that little something. Price again for pasta is crazy. Filet mignon for 75$ ????? Nothing on the plate and it was the size of a golf ball. Asked for medium rare and was well done. Rest of plate had wilted lifeless veggies and old potatoes. The New York strip on the table hote was good but again over cooked and they cut it. Why ? Why cut my steak. The chimmichurri was old and again nothing had flavour. I wonder if the kktchen staff list there tastes buds. Cheese cake good. Ice cream, presentation was very kiddish and the ice cream was old and grainy, the 3 cones were stale. Tiramisu, well just don’t bother. Actually don’t bother with the restaurant. The prices is ridiculous for what you get. 4 people was 600$. What a waste. Almost forgot, 14-18$ a beer , 20$ mixed sub par drinks. The staff was very odd too. No one either came to serve you or one after the other would attack the table. I am honestly dissatisfied and can’t believe I spent my money. Please refrain from this place. Sofia do better! Nice atmosphere but terrible everything else. I usually never write reviews, but I got robbed tonight.

We were at Sofia pizzeria for the first time yesterday. The pasta lacked flavour one of us ordered steak and it was sliced, a little weird to serve something like that already sliced the two guests ordered meat and ordered it medium rare and it was overcooked the tiramisu is fair And the gelato that was ordered, tasted old and grainy. I find the prices to be very expensive compared to the quality that we received.

Upon my arrival with my 15month old daughter, I was immediately informed by the manager that they had no accommodations for kids.
VERY POOR GREATING.
The food was mediocre and the teenage waitress have no skills
& could use a training in HOSPITALITY including management .

La serveuse que j'ai eu est venue me voir pour prendre ma commande initiale et pour venir me porter ma facture. Finale entre-temps personne n'est venu me voir.. j'ai dû remplir moi-même ma coupe à même la bouteille que je me suis payé. Au prix de la bouteille, je me serais attendu d'avoir au moins un petit service.....
