Delicious and good portions but it's 3 times out of 5 in total that we come across ingredients that were in our order (olives). I understand that it's not easy with all the employees behind the counter and the number of orders to be made, but that now makes us hesitant to go there... It's a shame because it's one of the rare places that offers alternatives with veggie chicken…

Unfortunately the only red chicken where I had a bad experience. I was eating my bowl while driving, I felt something solid break under my teeth, I spit it out, I had just eaten a piece of glass... I went back, the young manager at the end of week was very embarrassed and gave me $40 as a gift voucher that can only be used in Rosemere, I live 60 km away. Quite disappointed with the situation, I was supposed to get feedback from management but nothing...

I would like to express my concerns regarding the quality of customer service I have recently experienced. I noticed a lack of warm welcome from employees, who often seemed distracted and unengaged. For example, the salad counter attendant displayed an unwelcoming attitude, seeming annoyed when I asked her for a side dressing. In addition, the two grill employees seemed more preoccupied with their personal discussions than with paying attention to customers, displaying a lack of enthusiasm, limiting themselves to mechanical interactions with customers, without any facial expression. Seriously, they were just talking nonsense. A little seriousness please or resign!

When I was eating, I found the wooden fork was too small to take a good bite. I returned to the grill counter to ask for two more forks for myself and my wife. I received a curt and uninviting response from the employee (a young white male), followed by behavior that I found inappropriate. In fact, he replied “I gave you two forks!”, I replied yes but I want two more. He looked at me suspiciously, and as I walked away, I turned around and saw him mumbling with his colleague behind my back while looking at me. Such an experience can be detrimental to customer loyalty, and certainly, this is the first time and last time I will return. The service is terrible, and employee training for customer service seems non-existent.

I didn't see anyone smile from start to finish. It’s truly a shame to put low level employees who don’t care about your franchise or business and provide such poor service…

You'll be better off eating at Yuzu Sushi next door!

In Montreal at a Red Chicken, I benefited from a discount for healthy employees. On the other hand, at Rose Mère's red chicken, the manager denied this discount, did not find it serious. I will avoid this restaurant next time.
