Personal rude even the manager Anna ....Pike at 4pm not available cause they started to clean it and they close at 10:30pm....they made me a coffee by adding hot water on a small filter with coffee...quality so poor .Really disappointed

Order an custom ice espresso with 3 adds on in venti up. After pickup in personne, my order was missing matcha cold foam but the cup was full . The staff look unhappy and just barely add matcha coldfoam even my cup was full and have no space to add . I ask to redo cause the cup didnt have any space. They redo the same without even mesure the level of each ingredient need to be. Bad service

They don't even deserve the one star . THE MOST RUDE STAFF I'VE EVER SEEN .Michelle Rodrick told us to be quiet because people are studying !!!! or we must leave . So weird are we in school or a bibliothèque !!!! we were 2 families just chatting and other customers were so loud but he spoke only to us and said this is your last warning !! Never again in this place !!!!
