Je veux souligner l'excellence du travail de Mme Chantal employé du Tim Hortons à Rosemère sur Curé-Labelle. Toujours de bonne humeur, souriante, agréable. Elle fait son travail à la perfection. Si ce n'était que de moi, je commencerais à travailler de soir pour aller chercher mon café lorsqu'elle travaille l'après-midi. Merci Chantal pour ton excellent service

Bad service I asked for a box of 12 mix donuts without the old fashioned ones and I got 3 kinds of donuts and the old fashioned ones even though I had clearly specified MIX WITHOUT THE OLD FASHION the cashier was stupid my staring.

Even 1 star is way too much. Being served by a young person who gives me an attitude because they made a bagel wrong, no thank you.

Let's say that if you want to eat a bagel, go to the Ste Rose bagel because that's not where you're going to have a great culinary experience!
I just stopped by this Tim and WOW to the young man who served me! He has customer service in him! I was like a privileged customer! Thank you and congratulations to the employer 🫶

On the poor service side, the order did not come as requested after 3 days in a row with the same person who served us
The drive-thru service in the morning is pitiful, 2 clerks so one was on cell phone!! lol and the other chatted at the place of service and that when it is not closed??

Aujourd'hui le 13 septembre 2024 a 08h40 j'ai été servie a la commande a l'auto par une femme d'origine arabe dans la mi-quarantaine. Elle ma donner un des pire service que j'ai reçu. Elle a tenté de m'obliger a acheter un item au quelle j'ai simplement poser une question. Ensuite elle dit je .. "je fait qoui je le fout a la poubelle?? "
Elle a fait de l'attitude autant au micro que a la fenêtre. C'est un parfait exemple du genr d'employés qui peut faire couler une entreprise. Dans ce cas Tim horton est une entreprise immense donc pas trop de risque mais le gérant deverait agir au plus vite. L'attitude de cette dame est innacceptable !!! De plus elle a refusé de me donner ma facture.
this is the worst tims. always closed by 3-4pm, never has anything available, and has the rudest employees (besides one of their workers, super sweet bubbly lady but unfortunately i don’t always get her when i go). today my friend asked to change her donut, the lady rudely rolled her eyes and proceded to do it. handed us our things without a bag just given like that. at the intercom she couldnt even speak clearly and was giving us a hard time while trying to order. my bagel was all messily put together i had to wait to eat it at home and re-assemble it myself!!
i get it tims in quebec sucks but this one is below the level of terrible.. i could go on
