This was an interestingly mixed experience.
Yesterday, we ordered a chicken bowl with coriander and an iced oat milk coffee with little ice. My daughter really enjoyed it and said both the iced coffee and the bowl were fresh and very good. She specifically asked me to get the exact same order again today.
Today, the experience was very different.
First, instead of a chicken bowl and iced coffee, I received a hot coffee with ice and a chicken wrap. I pointed out that this was not what I ordered.
Then I was given a chicken bowl with an iced coffee, but the cup was filled about two-thirds with ice. I politely said sorry, this still was not what I ordered.
Finally, I received the correct iced coffee. However, when I got home and opened the chicken bowl, this is what I found inside ( see picture attached)
You can be the judge whether this qualifies as a chicken bowl. The photo was taken immediately after opening.

It's not strictly speaking a Tim Hortons, it's a Tim Horton counter in a convenience store gas station but on the other hand it was very good service and very fast...
If you are in the area don't hesitate because you will not have a queue...

Today, my experience at Tim’s was exceptional and quite different from the usual. The staff was remarkably fast and efficient, and I’m convinced it’s due to the new manager. She’s a super nice lady, likely in her mid-30s, with a big smile that lights up the room and a genuinely welcoming attitude. She radiates warmth and professionalism, greeting everyone with kind words and a positive energy that’s contagious. I’m assuming she might be Latina, and her charisma and leadership are a noticeable upgrade for this branch. She’s clearly brought a new level of service and efficiency, and I truly hope they maintain this fantastic standard moving forward. It was a delightful experience, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!
