It's not strictly speaking a Tim Hortons, it's a Tim Horton counter in a convenience store gas station but on the other hand it was very good service and very fast...

Today, my experience at Tim’s was exceptional and quite different from the usual. The staff was remarkably fast and efficient, and I’m convinced it’s due to the new manager. She’s a super nice lady, likely in her mid-30s, with a big smile that lights up the room and a genuinely welcoming attitude. She radiates warmth and professionalism, greeting everyone with kind words and a positive energy that’s contagious. I’m assuming she might be Latina, and her charisma and leadership are a noticeable upgrade for this branch. She’s clearly brought a new level of service and efficiency, and I truly hope they maintain this fantastic standard moving forward. It was a delightful experience, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Service extrêmement lent et manque de professionnalisme par la madame qui porte des lunettes. 5 minutes d'attente avant de me faire dire:" ça sera pas bien long". Et finalement un autre 5 minutes plus tard et je décide de quitter. 10 pour un beigne dans un fast-food pour moi c'est inacceptable surtout qu'il y avait qu'un monsieur devant moi.
