It's not strictly speaking a Tim Hortons, it's a Tim Horton counter in a convenience store gas station but on the other hand it was very good service and very fast...

Service extrêmement lent et manque de professionnalisme par la madame qui porte des lunettes. 5 minutes d'attente avant de me faire dire:" ça sera pas bien long". Et finalement un autre 5 minutes plus tard et je décide de quitter. 10 pour un beigne dans un fast-food pour moi c'est inacceptable surtout qu'il y avait qu'un monsieur devant moi.

I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants fast service during peak hours.
On every casual visit I have made, it has taken me at least 8 minutes to get my order and another 5 to be served.
The Ste Rose team always delivered everything in less than 5 minutes; I believe this is the type of service that Tim Horton's customers expect.

I am often served by Monique who is very kind and does her job well. She is the only one who told me about the survey to do to save money on my next coffee. Real service!
