Two small pizzas from Uber. Toppings were almost not there on the pizza, toppings were only in the half radius of the pizza. The remaining was just bread.

Extremely slow kitchen service. For a takeaway order of a pizza, a fries and a pasta dish for children, it took 45 minutes to come out. Order scheduled for 6:30 p.m., I arrive at 6:20 p.m., I am told that it is not ready and to wait. Perfect, I'm waiting. Nice surprise to see 6 people arrive after me to leave with their order in less than 10 minutes! The girl who was there, overwhelmed, but still very nice and who doesn't work in the kitchen told me to wait. It took after 40 minutes of waiting and the 6th person to come out with their order before me, that I asked to speak to the manager if my order did not come out within 5 minutes. The girl finally took charge to ask what happened with my order to the kitchen, who eventually, probably heard me, my order came out in 5 minutes. So decent forward service (she could have done it more quickly), terrible service and speed in the kitchen, the meal in addition to being expensive was far from perfect (cold fries and very greasy pizza). And nothing to “excuse” the delay. I wasn't expecting anything, but it would have been nice to get a little something. This is not the first time I have heard stories about this restaurant of poor service.

Friday at dinner we went to Rosemère for dinner and when the waiter came for the bill he told my partner if there had been good service because he had put 7% on the debit card. I found it really moving from his Since when has the waiter been imposing their tip on us, especially since he didn't know that we were giving him a portion in cash? I, who has been a waitress for 30 years, would never have dared to say such a thing. I suggest you a little meeting with this server from Friday to dinner. Really disappointed.
