Terrible app and refund system. ABSOLUTELY never had this issue with anyyyyy of the other fast food chains. Constantly out of chicken, lettuce and mains supplies AND they cant even refund you right away. Yeah go somewhere else, besides the people working there all seem lost and dont even know what to do.

After waiting quite some time for our food I received my sandwich that was missing half the chicken. I asked the staff politely to refund me for the sandwich because I didn’t want to wait again and have my family wait for me. The staff immediately became rude and an altercation followed. After arguing with the cook they would not return my money but after I was persistent to get my money back they offered to make a new sandwich. They absolutely would not return my money. At this point there was no way I was eating it after that altercation, as I was not aware what they were doing to my food out of my view. I don’t speak French but my wife does and she explained they were being very rude in the kitchen with the manager present. When you see a fast-food restaurant with an empty parking lot at lunch hour it is for a reason. Absolute worst food/staff/working manager. They do not deserve anyone’s business.

I liked the burgers. But I strongly advise against the drumsticks and breasts, they are extremely fatty... I have never seen so much fat on a piece of chicken.

The service is atrocious. It's been several times that when ordering by doordash or in person that I received the right order with the wrong ingredients. I ask for no mayonnaise because I am severely allergic to it and once again my order arrives at my house with mayonnaise in my burger. I've tried calling several times with no answer, and I can't get around, so I have a burger that I can't eat, and I spent money on it that I can't get back. Horrible experience. I do not recommend at all.

The good years and the memories of youth are over. First visit in over 10 years and the result is disastrous. Either the equipment and the food have declined in quality or it is the staff. Disappointment.
Otherwise, a positive point is that there is plenty of parking available.

I am really disappointed with your restaurant. It's been twice that I have received my order of chicken at the drive-thru and I have not had any fries. That's apart from other mistakes like salad and liquor sometimes. He who often works during lunch hours makes mistakes at the end. This evening I have 3 pieces of chicken and nothing else.
