Very disappointed with the experience. We ordered a bottle of red wine which was not good. The waitress didn't let us taste the wine before and when she came back I told her that the bottle was not good. We weren't able to drink it, just by the smell you could tell it wasn't good. Its manager (whom we never saw) did not agree to replace the bottle or reimburse us. He gave us a $24 discount on the cost of the bottle ($58). It's a shame since we were a big group, so it was a big amount left during that evening. I'm not at all in the habit of leaving bad reviews, but this is not the first time the service received is very ordinary and at the cost of the bill you would expect better service. Unfortunately, it was the last chance I gave to La Cage de Rouyn.

Seriously one of the worst restaurant experiences in Rouyn-Noranda!!! The food is bad and poorly made (Doesn't look at all like what you ordered. + missing ingredients.). Be prepared to wait a long time to receive your meal. Not to mention the prices which are RIDICULOUSLY too expensive for what you have on your plate!!!!In short, a restaurant to avoid.
