Very disappointed, once again. Drive-thru service does not meet the concept of speed that is generally expected. It seems that this is due to the widespread lack of staff, but it remains sadly unacceptable for a restaurant of this category. You have to get used to it, but that doesn't make the experience worth mentioning. As for the food, very poorly presented, very greasy (fortunately the dozen napkins provided absorbed some of it) and of course lukewarm. To be avoided in these times...

I get good service everytime i go ! Its pretty quick ! The parking and the entrace are badly made but there is a lot of space. Drive through is quick depending on the time.for my part they rarely forget my order . Pretty much always satisfied

I work at McDonald's and I do not have access to a 50% code that is offered to me everywhere in Canada, because the codes are only allowed at the counter, however the counter was closed and the drive-thru was open. Usually when the counter is closed we have access to the code in the drive-thru.
Delicious and exquisite meals made by fabulous, smiling workers. Perfect for anyone hungry. Besides, I believe that this type of person knows this because they always “gift” their presence at the restaurant. Unfortunately an exceptional nutritional experience turns into discomfort because of a rude man staring at me in the middle of a burger or a child wanting to steal my kibble.

I stopped by at 2 a.m. on August 24, 2024, after my bar shift. I had excellent, friendly and friendly service even through the microphone. My poutine was hot and fresh when delivered home. It's not always like that but tonight, hats off. There are people doing their job somewhere

Here is the big boss of the mc do in rouyn! Here is his answer! Wow, he's tetraote age and he should go! The employees of this mcdo are so different when it Is there! He Don't be upset, the employees make a lot of mistakes when he's there, he puts them all on edge!
