This evening I tried to use my app promo code, but the employee at the register refused to take the time necessary to apply it. Unfortunately, this resulted in my order being abandoned for about $35. It was disappointing to see that customer service was sacrificed for speed. The disappointment was all the more marked because, even though closing time was approaching, the conviction remains that each customer deserves fair attention. Regretting this situation, I decided to refrain from frequenting this restaurant, and I will not hesitate to share this episode with those around me.
