Late delivery, does not honor the guarantee of delivery in 50 minutes of pizza pizza and in addition missing items in my order and when I called for answers we will not speak of kindness to resolve the problem because it throw the ball elsewhere..........and when you call or he tells you to resolve the problem for the delivery guarantee, Well he gives you a false number........TK.. ..

The online application did not work, I called the restaurant on Rideau Boulevard only to be told very unpleasantly by the manager of the place that it was not his problem. Very disappointed with customer service.

My children spoke English to pick up order, cashier replied she don't speak English. So I went to the counter and stood there for 15+minutes waiting for service. 2 other customers got served before us and idk if it's bcuz we spoke English and are indigenous, but it's pretty sad. And the ingredients are cheap!

They almost make mistake on every order. Two time of of three there is something missing on the pizza. I even called there and the boss answered me and told me he didn't care and to take it to the corporate. He did offer me to refund a small portion but did not want to remake the pizza.
Was disappointed on my wings. They were undercooked and too much skin. My wife enjoyed her ''half moon'' garlic bread but the marinara sauce was pitiful...

Good food, fresh hot no complaints there. Would give a five star but the two times I ordered the delivery driver asked me for tip when I open my door. Don’t get me wrong I always tip just after he hands me the pizza.
