So I ordered an XXL pizza on he web app and when i went to get it they gave me an XL pizza. I spoke to them about the issue they told me they had called but it was a lie and one of them spoke to me rudely saying that the XXL is cheaper than the XL and that I saved money. This is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer. It’s not about the money it’s about the principle, they did even say sorry. And when I asked for the manager they told me it was that guy who spoke to me in that unacceptable way. He proposed that i get reimbursed, i did and he took the pizza. What are these manners? I’ve never seen this before.

Late delivery, does not honor the guarantee of delivery in 50 minutes of pizza pizza and in addition missing items in my order and when I called for answers we will not speak of kindness to resolve the problem because it throw the ball elsewhere..........and when you call or he tells you to resolve the problem for the delivery guarantee, Well he gives you a false number........TK.. ..

My children spoke English to pick up order, cashier replied she don't speak English. So I went to the counter and stood there for 15+minutes waiting for service. 2 other customers got served before us and idk if it's bcuz we spoke English and are indigenous, but it's pretty sad. And the ingredients are cheap!
They almost make mistake on every order. Two time of of three there is something missing on the pizza. I even called there and the boss answered me and told me he didn't care and to take it to the corporate. He did offer me to refund a small portion but did not want to remake the pizza.
