Slowest drive-thru I've seen for a Timhorton. It's not normal that it takes 30 minutes to pass 5 cars. It’s a long time every time I go. I don't even dare go have a coffee before going to work because I'm sure I'll be late. You can remove the fast in fast food

Horrible customer service, even though I spoke French when ordering in person at the counter, they still got my order wrong. Young man in training at the counter got no support from his coworker standing right beside him and watching him struggle to enter our order on his screen. When I told them the order was wrong, they just shrugged and said they couldn’t do anything about it. We won’t be coming here again. Save yourself some aggrevation and go eat somewhere else.

35 minute wait at the drive-thru
The Ton Horton in Rouyn have difficulty recruiting this good element, they are not hanging around as they should. Not enough qualified employees, lots of mistakes. Use beast often.

There is always a big shortage... in 7 visits on 5 occasions I left without my order.. THERE IS A LACK OF POTATOES. Unnecessary travel in the morning between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. there is always a shortage of potatoes

Crappy employees, I was almost the only customer and I was made to wait 10 minutes to serve my latte which was poorly made. I paid for an extra espresso and they gave me a glass of milk with a splash of coffee.
Nowadays, we hire lazy people who don't know how to work and who don't care about others.
P.S. Watch out for your tank in the drive-thru!
