I have so many problem with this establishment. First, there was almost nothing ready in the morning. There was no donuts, no timbits or no other kind of pastry except muffins a some cookies. Second, there is no sanitation anywhere. The it looked like nobody cleaned the donut shelf. Icing everywhere. I am almost wondering if they even have anyone cleaning at the end of the night or during night time. Sanitation wise, the workers are really disgusting. The person making the food was also taking order and touching the screen without ever changing his gloves. The person making the food should not do anything else unless they change their gloves or wash their hands. Third is how fast the service is. It took 15 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. From working to tims in the past and other fast food, it does not take that long putting bread in the toaster then putting three items in the sandwich. Also there was litteraly nothing more then 3 other people at the front and drive truh. Clearly things need to change if this place wants to work in the long run. It was not like that when i used to live in rouyn. I really dont know what happen in 4 years but it is really sad to see the business in such a bad state.
