You could adjust your opening hours on Google instead of wasting the time of lots of people who go to the drive-thru it says open but nothing happens there

I've been there a few times so far and the quality of service Tim Horton's is generally much better in Rouyn-Noranda than elsewhere in the province!
Parking: This restaurant is particularly well located - well visible on the outskirts of town with a gas station nearby! 👍

In the evening the potato wedge is cold, the service is lousy, no smiles, I will not return in the evening but in the morning very good service. Thanks to the morning team, great work.

On monday 8th of july at about 8:30 pm my partner pulled up in his car to the drive thru, it was heavily raining so very loud and we didn't get an answer for 10 minutes straight so my man honked lightly barely putting his hand on the horn to get the attention of the employees at the intercom, which actually worked bc he got answered immediately by a young male voice angrily saying: " C'est toi qui a pesé sur le klaxon!" Even though we were definitely surprised by the rudeness and unprofessional attitude, my man did proceed to calmly explain why we did that but the kid then proceeded to answer " Tu sais c'est crissement fort dans nos oreilles c'est un esti manque de respect" then he rudely says " fa que qu'est ce que tu veux?". We just calmly order a coffee, and move forward to the window, in there we were met with an angry young man that had the look of someone looking for trouble! but my man who didn't want to bother with a kid and waste his own time, just pays. He then drives forward to the last window to retrieve his drink, which looked suspicious like it was tempered with! so sadly we just end up throwing it into the garbage bin... because who would take the risk of drinking their drink after such a weird interaction!?... The kid had a short -ish black hair and was a short thin young male between the ages of 15-17. Definitely never coming back to this Tim Hortons.
