Never open on time employees are very rude Edit I contacted Tim Hortons customer service and they said they would pass the message onto the management and nothing ever came from it I am very disappointed this is not the first time this Hass happened at this store

Worst service ever....I was the only person inside at the counter...waiting 10m no service I ask the young kid at the drive thru window if there was anyone working the counter and got no response...like I wasn't even there...I go there often not anymore

Place was NOT clean. A bunch of teenagers running the place, yelling at each other. Drive-through bell went off for almost 5 minutes before one of them actually took the order. Young lady taking my order inside was yawning away and looked hung over. Got my order wrong. Too bad--Tims is usually better.

I've been there a few times so far and the quality of service Tim Horton's is generally much better in Rouyn-Noranda than elsewhere in the province!
Parking: This restaurant is particularly well located - well visible on the outskirts of town with a gas station nearby! 👍

In the evening the potato wedge is cold, the service is lousy, no smiles, I will not return in the evening but in the morning very good service. Thanks to the morning team, great work.
