I am a very regular customer of this restaurant in Rouyn-Noranda. The food is generally quite good even if we forget from time to time to add salads to our orders but I would like to report a situation that happened to me twice, including once this evening. I always order with the app but this evening, probably due to a computer outage at the restaurant, the Rouyn-Noranda restaurant was not available in the list for pickup via the app so I called the restaurant and we immediately put me on hold, which I can understand when it rolls around dinner time. So, I wait, the person has put the handset on the corner of the counter because I hear several customers ordering at the counter but at a given moment, there seem to be no more customers ordering, I only hear chattering employees who seem to be preparing the orders they received. So I wait and wait with the background of the restaurant. It's been 15 minutes so I've had enough, it's clear that the person has forgotten me. The same thing has happened to me twice now. Why wouldn't the restaurant just put customers on hold on the hold like a real business phone that makes a reminder ring to remind you that someone is waiting on the line. And no need to hear orders from Pierre-Jean-Jacques, I’m not interested. I hope that the owner of the restaurant will read me and take the necessary measures to remedy this problem because it is very unpleasant and not too professional from my personal point of view. Très très mauvais service on y a été dans l après-midi et il n y avait presque personne et on a dû demander qu il fasse notre commande car elle etait à moitié faite et trainait sur le comptoir je ne recommande pas ce restaurant valentine vraiment
