Just tried the filet mignon sandwich and the kafta platter from Al Quds Grill - absolutely amazing! The meats were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the side dishes were just as delicious. The portions were huge, and the variety on the menu made it hard to choose (in the best way!). The service was super friendly too. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The food at this restaurant is genuinely excellent – probably some of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The service and atmosphere were extremely disappointing. No one greeted me upon arrival, and when I came to pick up my order, I had to repeatedly call out with no response or acknowledgment from the staff. It felt as if customers were simply being ignored.
The overall experience was frustrating and frankly disrespectful. It’s as if the food was served to me on my footwear – that’s how poor the treatment felt. No matter how good the food is, I can’t justify returning after such an unpleasant and awkward experience. A real shame, because the kitchen deserves better front-of-house support.

No one believes you're actually checking camera footage—you’re just hoping people forget and move on. Instead of owning up to poor service, you’ve chosen to deflect and downplay. You clearly don’t take accountability, and your response proves that.
No, I won’t be calling or stopping by again. You run a restaurant, not a palace—yet somehow still manage to act arrogant while offering below-basic service. And I’ll be sure others know what kind of attitude to expect if they ever consider giving you their time or money.
If this is how you handle criticism, no wonder your standards are in the gutter. Good luck keeping the place running “smoothly” with that kind of customer care.

We ordered a large quantity for my colleagues at the bank, it was excellent we were 15 people and the 15 of us loved it there was nothing left on the tables thank you very much for the service I highly recommend

We love Al Quds our family orders every month because it's that good, fresh every time, taste delicious, they really know how to work the grill and the rice and bread are my weakness. Portions are great and the hummus and garlic are exactly how I want it to taste, nothing negative to say about this place, they're awesome
