La première fois que j'y suis allé le bacon était épais et moelleux (comme moi), la deuxième fois il était plus mince et croustillant mais les deux fois il était délicieusement bon. Les patates sont également très bonnes. Les fruits (melon d'eau, oranges, fraises, ananas et raisins étaient bien mûrs et délicieux. Service sympathique et convivial (certains diraient trop familier mais moi j'aime ça comme ça).”

Located south of Route 158, off the 158/341 roundabout, just follow the sign for Distillerie Grand Dérangement, it's located next to the distillery, in the same building with the restaurant Au St-Jacques. A very small brewery with an equally small, but cozy tap room, with a few tables outside. Medium size tap list, but a good variety of styles, I had their beers before and I like it so far. Cool little place in the heart of New Acadia!”

It's a lot like the classic chicken bacon, but with a slightly spicier sauce that adds a nice touch of flavor.
