Cantine La Grande Gueule is a welcoming canteen with a good meals and a varied menu, including tasty options like a pepperoni sub and a cheeseburger. They make their soumarin bread on site. Very good. For a dinner on the way to Montreal it's very good. Classic Quebec canteen menu. Friendly service, excellent service, very courteous, smiling and answers questions. While the service is efficient, run by a great team, the restaurant has faced some challenges, such as issues with equipment readiness. However, the poutine sauce is praised, and the parking is described as perfect. The food (poutine) really good 2 choices of sauces and the onion rings 2 sizes and I tell you I took the small one and compared elsewhere here are not small the rings cooked just perfect. This is a typical place, with a wonderful trio in the kitchen, good atmosphere and humor, for food there is no doubt it is authentic. And the fries don't taste like oil, real potatoes from Quebec. Stop at this restaurant with your eyes closed.
