Can do better

1. When you get your bread toasted, it comes out burnt
2. Did not provide fair food portions - i.e. 2 strips of small bacon. Had to pay extra for another two strips
3. Bread fell apart as soon as we took it out from the wrapping.
4. Not efficient - took too long to serve us with two employees.

Phew....you're in line, several people in front of you, you say, I'm going to go wash my hands. Customers only, have you purchased your MR meal? No, not yet, I'm waiting. The toilets are for customers only Sir. Need a little customer experience update here. $34 for a sandwich combo later. I apparently earned the privilege of using the toilet...clean though.

Spacious Subway at the back of the Shell building. Staff were friendly and we had no issues ordering despite our broken anglophone French. There’s plenty of seating.

The old lady with gray hair was rude to me and my friend, I did not have the right biscuit and the toilets are only accessible to the customer who pays which is not even legal according to the union I do not recommend

Worst Subway experience in CANADA!! I go to different Subways several times a week and NEVER have I had an experience like this. Refusal to make our sandwiches to our liking as the Subway slogan indicates….stupid answer… Forces himself to follow rules that only he thinks he should follow. Extremely stupid franchisee and employees scared to have to add a few more ingredients. Go a few more miles and do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

I eat at Subway a few times a month and this is the first time I've been told no to extra pickles and extra olives...! To be told that he already uses more than supposed when there are about 4-5 slices of olives…! It looks cheap in sacr****…Really ordinary. You would be better off following Subway's true vision and making the sandwich the way the customer wants it..! especially at $17 for a crappy wrap
