I loved the people who work and are always happy 😁. The toilets are clean with paper. The floor is super clean and the tables are plentiful and clean. In the summer I come to eat outside on their terrace. The drive-thru service when I pass by is fast even if we order for my family so 6 people I can't believe it. The food is delicious, worthy of a Michelin restaurant. Their display is always full so I never got the answer “unfortunately I have more” and they have a lot of kinds of drinks! I recommend everything on the menu.

Vegetarian options: For morning wraps and workers morning wraps, there is the egg and cheese option.
For timatin and timatin blt there is the egg and cheese option
For lunch and dinner, to my knowledge, there are delight bowls that have the vegetable option.

Parking: Ample free parking and the parking lot is clean!

My mother and I when we have to take the highway we always go to this Tim because we know we won't be disappointed. The employees are professional and it is clear that they like their work. Plus, the food is always delicious and there is great diversity on the menu.

Vegetarian options: They are for vegetarians a function that instead of taking chicken you can take the vegetable option. I often have a bowl of coriander and lime and instead of chicken I say vegetables and it's delicious!!!

Parking: Parking is large.

I ordered delivery but often I eat there and it has never disappointed me. You can see that their standards are high and they are determined to remind us of good customer service with their warm smile. Also when I received delivery it took me 12 minutes to have it delivered. Their meals are always delicious and well-portioned. Plus, what I love about this Tim is that he has a lot of tables and there are tables outside!

Vegetarian options: I know that when I eat for breakfast there is the morning wrap/working morning wrap and the timatin which has an option without egg and cheese which is delicious 🤤

The employees are great and they are quick. The bathroom is very sanitary and clean. The drive-thru is always quick. There are a lot of them plus inside when it’s summer you can eat outside! They serve with a beautiful smile 😀. There is a wide range of meals with displays that are always full and a lot of variety of drinks.

Vegetarian options: I know there are bowls or wraps of vegetable delights instead of chicken.

Plan to order 10 minutes in advance if ordering mobile for quick pick-up without waiting. They still seem disorganized and would benefit from STANDARDIZING tasks and work areas. The lady who prepares the wraps and sandwiches is ALWAYS SO STUPID. It’s lucky that the people who serve are nice.

It's night and day: my mobile order is now ready most of the time when I arrive. I no longer saw the employee who was rude. They took charge of the situation. Congratulations!

Only Tim Hortons with slow mobile service (10 min + 5 min notice) while with the other Tim's, my order is always ready when I arrive at the restaurant. However, there are always at least 5 employees in the morning. All other Tims prioritize mobile orders because the company promotes this fast service.

In addition, this is the only Tim who does not respect the location indicated to collect his mobile order. So, I waited unnecessarily at the designated location and no employee questioned my presence at the mobile counter.

Some employees are rude. Too bad, because they hand the food back to the customers and it's the last impression we have. Too bad for the rest of their team.

In short, I don't think I'll go back for a few months, even though I live less than 10 minutes away. I travel every weekday from Granby - Drummondville and I prefer to stop at St-Liboire where the traffic is higher, but the Tim is really better organized there and mobile order is always ready (2-5 min. notice)

I love going there for the fast service and always in a good mood and also they are open at night 5 days a week and I was surprised to see the room also open, its great for those waiting for the shuttle to the airport and that say to use it at night always in a good mood she is always in action.
