Extremely mediocre dinner on a Sunday lunchtime. Firstly we are alone waiting to be seated, several free places inside and outside, it took at least 5-6 minutes before someone deigned to greet us, despite the numerous members of the group. staff who passed in front of us. 55 minutes of waiting to come take our order!!!!!!!!! Without anything to drink because the waitress only offered us coffee and did not wait for us to ask her for anything else, in fact she did not stop at our table, she asked us if we wanted coffee in undoing the table next door, like theService was long, we ordered simple poutines. When we receive them: Cold, almost no sauce and hair in mine! Yum. No one came to see us to see if we liked it or if we wanted condiments. Same services at other tables. Several customers seemed outraged by the wait and the attitude of the waitress.The lack of staff did not seem to be the cause and if that is the case, it would have been good to apologize or at least notify the customers!!!!!3rd chance that I left at Normandin St-Anselme and it will be the last!!!!!!! My visits have all been more disappointing than the others.
