Orders made incorrectly, staff were very rude and cruel. Completely unwilling to correct mistakes and would ignore questions asked directly at them. I could understand if they were busy but the store was almost empty. There is no chance I would return to this location and this experience has seriously changed my previously high expectations of Starbucks, the company is obviously slipping. Do not go here if you want good service.
