Unfortunately the worst sushi I have eaten. Ok it's a sushi shop: no high expectations for the sushi McDonald's, but there is a limit to serving such bland sushi. Unpleasant to eat, those from the grocery store taste better!

I had an order prepared online and when I went to pick it up I was really disappointed with my order considering the price paid, which was $107. The sushi was crushed, the frying was very soft and the Blossoms were not very fleshy.

Customer service that really leaves something to be desired...Waiting 20 minutes for a poké ordered 35 minutes in advance, so that finally after having gone to see a clerk to ask her the remaining time, my poké was in the fridge the whole time! Not even an excuse and honestly no way either! ??

This sushi shop never ceases to impress with its poor service. We stopped while passing on the highway and they refused to prepare 4 unfortunate rolls for us because we had not ordered in advance. (We were told 90 min. wait.)
Since when do online orders take precedence over in-store customers?

Of course there is a wait, that's normal, sushi takes a long time to prepare
But despite the wait time, the employees took my order and simply warned me that it was going to take around 30 minutes to prepare to make sure I had time to wait

Making me wait on the phone for more than 10 minutes is unacceptable in my opinion.
We had pokebols... and it wasn't edible... made with lettuce that was borderline soft and out of date... the pieces of salmon were cut so small that we couldn't taste them. It was a mush... I threw away half

The service is miserable. We seem to be disturbing, my second time and the last, at this location in any case.
I always find the manager really stupid! The last time I went, a young man answered me very politely and he made a mistake, she was so inappropriate with him, I felt bad for him.

Online order ready before, impeccable service.
Excellent sushi.
Once it was delicious the second time a disaster prepare yourself a boke boll do not take those already ready no accompaniment except lettuce and it should not be spicy and that was the case little salmon and tuna. You have to see the preparation I'm not going back there anymore
