Nice friendly team but lack of training. On several occasions I ordered a cold brew coffee with a hazelnut flavor only to get a blend that was far inferior to other branches. I will abstain from now on.

Friday September 20, 2024 at 8:40 p.m. at the drive-thru, We order a medium French vanilla and ask the young girl if she had decaffeinated coffee. She responded to me in a nonchalant and inadequate manner and I corrected her at that moment on her language. Arriving at the picking window, we saw her put hot water in one of the two glasses, but we thought it was the recipe for French vanilla, but at my first sip, I understood how she had managed to make my decaffeinated coffee. There should have been 1/4 coffee to 3/4 boiling water. I hope this message will reach the person concerned.
