I'm going there to buy a cheesecake for my party. Not seeing one, we asked an employee if there was one somewhere and he pointed to a cupcake. We take it and a bad surprise, a white cake that is much too basic and would have cost half as much at the metro next door. In short, no choice to eat it (because no other alternative), but extremely disappointed with the service and way too expensive for what we got...talk about a nice gift...

August 27, 2024 3 p.m.: Shistaouk barely warmed up: lukewarm tending towards cold (worse than amateurism!!) Fortunately I didn't give any tip (unfortunately I have never had good service at this place). Before 2023: VERY LONG SERVICE. After two visits resulting in not being served in 5 minutes for pastries... There were 3 employees and only one responded. It was just me and one other customer no more. TOO EXPENSIVE for pastries, especially for biscuits or brioches IGA does better for less... No labeling, no prices on the products... Sorry if the service on Chemin Ste Foy is impeccable in Cap Rouge it's LAMENTABLE and I don't am not a shy customer! Management is to blame for not training their employees in respecting their customers!
