Why don't you start preparing the delivery order upon receipt? Why do you start preparing it after we arrive? me as a delivery person I always have to wait 20 minutes for the order to be ready
This is my a&w that I go to often. I try to have my quick lunch there however their menu is never focused on lunch so I see that the choices are available all day. So it reduces if I want to make a change. It would be time to invest in a screen that changes the menu automatically.. otherwise good service sometimes a little slow but otherwise it's pleasant to go and eat there. It's still a fast food :p

We went to dinner at the A&W in St-Basile-le-Grand and I wanted to congratulate the two employees (only two) who took care of customers in the restaurant and at the drive-thru alone, running non-stop and without respite ! They were great. I would hire them anytime!!! However, I find that this load is too high for two people. There should be 3 or 4 of them for the work to be done but well done!

I am told that the restaurant closes in 1 hour and that they already have almost nothing left. Close your restaurant straight away
Sunday evening around 8 p.m., it's closed even though on the door and on the Google timetable, it says that it closes at 9 p.m. Update your closing times if they have changed. Or maybe the staff closes early without the manager knowing... which wouldn't surprise me when I read the comment right before me.
