Very disappointed with my 2 experiences at the St-basile restaurant. First time, error in my order. I tell myself, mistakes happen to everyone so I'm going back! 2nd experience, the employee tells me that my order is in the oven, so I wait... after 20 minutes, my order is still not ready so I wait!!! 35 minutes of waiting and I am told that they cannot find my order placed online earlier today. 🤦🏻‍♀️Another employee comes to help the first one found my order with the number I received when ordering online. poof!!! as if by magic, my order was already ready and on the stove for 1 hour because he said he couldn't find my order when it was already ready and in the stove 🤦🏻‍♀️ moreover, when I look at my order he gave me 2 small pizzas instead of 2 medium and he gave me a small fries instead of a medium. All this for having waited 1 hour for my order which was already ready 😬

I can tell you that I will not return to this restaurant in St-Basile! I will travel to another branch but not to this branch.

Yeah, not very famous! I'm a fan of Salvatoré, but delivery is extremely long! It doesn't meet deadlines. Placing an order and waiting over an hour and a half is ridiculous. Dinner time is long so you order sauces that don't work for you!!!! The other time I ordered a salvatoré no mushroom I received with mushroom and beef... there is not even beef in a salvatoré pizza,,, special I sent a photo to the employee she couldn't believe it!!

Too much bizzare sauce and cheese to compare to the one I usually go to

Fast and efficient service at the counter but pizza a little disappointing, thick dough and not very tasty. They offer great discounts but I don't think I'll order again.

Order placed at 6 p.m. still nothing at 7:54 p.m.... when we call we are told that this is normal for a Friday and that next time we could order at noon to have it on time... we are going to do business with a another pizzeria in the future….

The poutine was very cold with very little cheese. The pizza was also very cold and the cheese and pepperoni did not reach the crust, making a good portion of the pizza dry and flavorless. It's a shame, never order from this place

My pizza was delivered late, which I didn’t mind, but the $5 coupon they offered me only redeemed $4.35 online. This feels misleading and unprofessional.

Additionally, my profile shows offers for free dough bites and poutine, but when I tried to use them, I was charged $14. This either points to a serious issue with their online system or comes across as deceptive. It’s something they urgently need to address.

Delicious pizza otherwise.
