I love going to this Second Cup! The service is fast, the employees are courteous, the coffees are always excellent and well made every time! The wait for the drive-thru is not too long. It's clean inside and friendly. The best of the South Shore!

Phewffff! So terrible. First of all, 1- Do you have coffee? Yes! (An automatic machine, no Barista!) I expected better...2- 2 egg bagels, cheese, bacon, counter so little choice WITHOUT any taste! Behind us on a table, 2 empty coffee cups, food residue on several tables and finally the windows of the entrance/exit of the business were “Infernally” disgusting!!! We agree, the food and coffee at Second Cup... It's not their strong suit. Luckily for them, they sell Arhoma muffins at this branch... ? saved! ? If not for the service. We will come back to the employee who was there at the time I wrote these lines. The spot was, let's say, disgusting. Very. Very dirty. Coffee on the walls. Window sills not washed for months... full of food crumbs. Floors not washed for days... Foul smelling. I know there is a labor shortage but where is the owner!? That's what I wonder in these cases. So there you have it, don't be too picky about cleanliness if you go there.Edit:A star earned for service. And one for cooking... the salad I ate wasn't bad at all. Good portion. There is also a vanilla and honey tea that I really like.

Always excellent service in the morning, the young girl is friendly and does the orders well.On the other hand, during the week, the staff has difficulty serving the good things, I always have a moccachino, but I often receive lattes, as if they don't understand French well.The breakfast egg sandwich is often too hot and I burn myself with the paper which is full of oil.

Had the matcha latte with strawberry foam. Honestly, weird combo for me. I didn't think there was enough matcha flavor either. Service was great however and it's a clean and tidy location with plenty of parking.
