the music has to be toned down. there should be a policy where employees can't play it above a certain noise level. also the music is very inconsistent. one day its emo, one day its pop, one day its something else. its very odd this is where people come to study not party.
Usually I order from the Second-Cup, I ordered a matcha latte with Uber Eats but I'm a bit disappointed. My order its very watered down and I can barely taste the matcha. Service was fine at least.
I love going to this Second Cup! The service is fast, the employees are courteous, the coffees are always excellent and well made every time! The wait for the drive-thru is not too long. It's clean inside and friendly. The best of the South Shore!
