Bringing an employee in during a busy evening is inhumane! Having already lived in these pathetic working conditions myself, I find it deplorable that you leave him alone.
Finally, I would like to thank your employee for his kindness and calm despite the rush... I take my hat off to him especially despite the queue and the delivery people who put pressure on him. He deserves at least a pay increase. Very good service, very disappointed with the management of this restaurant however.

Really disappointing experience... the employee who closed my room this evening prepared the sandwich that I ordered with dirty gloves and with which he had handled the previous customer's change. When I returned to politely ask for a new sandwich to be made for me with new gloves, the employee immediately felt frustrated and did not want to do it again and said that it was normal to do that and that he didn't understand why I wanted a new sandwich. Anyway, I wasn't going to complain until he made me my new sandwich and made me feel bad. I find it disappointing and I hesitate to come back because throughout my speech with him I was super friendly, understanding and respectful. I am disappointed unfortunately.

First of all, it's my first time at this Subway. I went with my son for the first time to give him his first Subway sandwich. The guy who makes my sandwich only half listens to me because he was talking to his friends. I take two trio with extra Biscuit for around $40. He goes to the cash register and I give him my payment. He gives me some money back but $50 is missing, he was too busy to count, I guess. Then he tells me we don't take a hundred dollars, which is not written on the door or at the cash register. I could very clearly see that he had change for my money in addition to coming to try to steal $50 from me. I didn't have any other payment methods, he didn't even want to give me our sandwiches, threw them in front of my son and let us leave without eating. It’s boring because I have 3 children who would have become your next customer!!! I'm boycotting this restaurant!!!!!!
