I came in to order a coffee growler and timber to go. Knowing that it would take some time for them to brew the coffee I decided to order a BLT sandwich which I ate on the spot. It’s what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. The very traditional interior decor, and typical food. They prepared my coffee growler quite quickly and with care. I was happy with my visit.

Honestly the worst service from Tim I have seen in my entire life. I never do a review on the internet, but after numerous times where I was made to wait forever to finish and ultimately not even get service, I can't believe it. I say to myself, hey hello does anyone work here?? Sacrifice everyone outside and change me right away! I've seen enough, never again

I love Tim's but over the last while I've been very disappointed. Store hours listed do not match actual open hours (ie they never seem to be open when I go the few minutes out of my way, so why bother). Donut and pastry selection is poor (although this applies to many of the restaurants). I'm only giving 2 stars because my experience with the staff, when they do happen to be open, has been good.

Cold brewed coffee is not complicated, but there is still a way to make it not good... to replace the espresso foam with lumpy and questionable whipped cream. I wasted money last time Tim Horton's...

Slow service (customers have left), dirty and empty place, not good food… DRACONIAN change necessary or closure. This is clearly not up to Tim Hortons standards. And don’t tell me there is a lack of staff please. St-Mathieu-de-Beloeil (near Highway 20) and Beloeil (on 116) work very well and nothing to say about the service and cleanliness.

What's happening at the Tim Hortons in St-Basile-le-grand? The tables, benches, windows and floors are extremely dirty. This is unheard of. I imagine the kitchens. Please! Make an effort.
Cinq minutes avant que quelqu'un vienne me répondre, et ce n'est pas parce que la caissière etait occupée. On ne peut marcher plus lentement ni manifester si peu d'enthousiasme. Deux clients derrière moi sont repartis sans attendre plus longtemps. Aucun sourire des deux employées, pas même un bonjour. Erreur (?) dans la monnaie rendue. Triste pour un Tim Horton, un tel manque de service.

Very disappointed, the staff is not at all welcoming and does not respond to the terminal, the wrong order and the food is dry. Is there a positive point??? No. I don't even understand that Tim Horton still leaves you with a license to operate in their name. It must also come from above, this lack of work. I wasn't even served and I wasted my time
