The pizza was delivered to us at the agreed time but the delivery man had probably tossed the box aside, the pizza was all disassembled, to be polite,,,,,,,,never again delivery with them,,,,, Sorry

Food was okay, it was more the wait for the service (ordering and receiving the food) which made no sense for a weekday evening where there were not even 2 other tables. We had to wait 15 minutes before getting menus and then 1 hour before receiving our plate…

Went for lunch at first everything was fine nothing came together. After placing our order with our waiter he came to us 15 minutes later to inform us that they no longer had any Hollandaise sauce, he could have easily made more but he didn't tell us that he had more, despite the fact that He has a grocery store across the street where he could easily have gone and picked up some. So I had to change my plate. My father, who ordered a plate of eggs benedict and made it clear that he wanted his eggs runny, received a plate of eggs benedict with well-cooked eggs on top of that, instead of having breakfast potatoes, they served us fries without even informing us of the lack of potatoes. So he decided to change his plate since it wasn't what he asked for. The waiter therefore brought back a menu and after several minutes of waiting 15 minutes passed 20 minutes passed 30 minutes passed and the waiter never came back to see us! That being said, he never got to eat lunch. In this restaurant, there is a very serious lack of professionalism. We know that for the plate, it is not the waiter's fault, but that of the kitchen. On the other hand, the fact that the waiter never came back to see us Would really be a review if he is fit to be a waiter …
All this without forgetting to mention that we asked for a glass of orange juice and it was served to us 20 minutes later.

All this to say that we should have taken the detour and gone to Trois-Rivières!

I'm not in the habit of writing comments on Google, but following a rather pitiful family lunch, I have to mention it. We went to lunch, me, my partner, my parents, my sister and the in-laws on Sunday morning. My in-laws arrived a little early and they didn't have coffee for a good 20 minutes, nor any menus to look at. So far, it's not that serious, we're understanding even if the restaurant was far from full. When I arrived, I asked for coffees and menus while waiting for the two missing people at our table. Another twenty minutes later and a coffee stove, we come to take our order. I order the brunch plate with my mother and my sister and my father each order a plate of eggs benedict. Once the order is placed, my father gets up to tell the waiter that he would like his soft poached eggs and he is told that he will go and notify the kitchen so that they can prepare more. We therefore deduce that they are prepared in advance. We come back 15 minutes later to tell us that they can only make us a plate of Benedictines, because they are running out of Hollandaise sauce. My sister then decides to change the plate and takes the smoked salmon bagel. Another 15 minutes pass and we finally receive our plates. On the brunch plate we received only two tiny slices of bacon, the left one was rubbery, we did not have maple syrup as mentioned in the menu and as a bonus, we were served undercooked fries instead breakfast potatoes. My father receives his plate and his poached eggs are indeed HARD. We then called our server to mention our dissatisfaction with the fries and he replied “we ran out of lunch potatoes, there is nothing we can do” A mention of this shortage would have been appreciated. My father, who has worked in the kitchen all his life, shows him his overcooked eggs and the waiter sends a cook to the table. She shows no empathy, telling him that she cannot re-make the plate due to lack of sauce (something that can easily be made at home too, even if there is a grocery store that could have helped). My father then returns the plate to him and the waiter brings him the menu again. In the meantime, I asked for a pitcher of boiling water to warm the bottle for my baby who was starting to get impatient, and I had to get up to go get it. While I was waiting for my pitcher of water, the cook made a remark about my father to the waiter and went back to the kitchen, frustrated. 20 minutes pass and the waiter does not return to our table to take my father's new order, so he decides to leave. I worked for 10 years in restaurants, including 3 in management and there is a very serious lack of professionalism on the part of the team. Moreover, we asked to speak to the manager and we were told that he was not there. This was our first time there and it will be our last.

La nourriture n'était pas à notre goût, le service à été juste correct sans plus, le restaurant n'a même pas donné de choix de dessert aux enfants qui étaient présent avec nous, en plus de nous avoir mis à la porte un vendredi soir à 21h30 car il fermait. Nous étions une équipe de hockey qui revenaient du tournoi, la bâtisse est vieille mais elle a son cachet.
