On a beautiful morning don't arrive before 9am they will not allow you to sit on the terrace. They won't even allow you to wait until they are ready to serve saying that it would encourage more people. Imagine that, more buisness who wants that? They had two hostess just standing around but no staff for the terrace on a beautiful sunny morning what an underutilized business feature. It almost made me change locations but we waited on the street outside until we were allowed to sit. They don't follow there own menu items like other franchises do it wasn't bad just different. The food over all was good, portions good size as well. Once we were seated service was ok.

The food was very good but honestly it’s always good. The staff is nice and welcoming even helped us switch seats once a booth was available. The only problem is how dirty the place is. I was seated at the back of the booth and on the wall/ledge there was dust, food pieces and sticky food sauces on the wall. Even the dividers for the booths looked like they had never been cleaned. The booth benches as well were pretty dirty but I know that’s had to clean so I’ll give it a pass. But yeah just kinda disgusting to see this while you eat but the food is really good tho.

Good lunches for all tastes. However, the homemade "mashed" potatoes are not very good in St-Bruno, spicy and too salty for lunch or brunch.

Always great lunch and great service
I love this restaurant, very kids friendly with lots of TV playing children's shows. At Halloween it’s a real experience! The restaurant is decorated to perfection.
The “chopped” potatoes are super good!
And eggs benedict too, lots of choice.
On the other hand, we read it in other reviews. The 2 girls at the entrance look like they're dying of trouble, no smiles, no initiative, there's no point in talking to them, they won't react. Contact the chief hostess for any requests, you will be able to recognize her, she is the one who is efficient.
Friendly services.
Our daughter spilled her smoothie and they kindly replaced it even though we would never have dared to ask. On the other hand, no one came to help pick up... we had to ask the head hostess.
And yes, the toilets really stink…
