Went there in 2022. Loved it. The shock!! Like any restaurateur, more expensive prices and less on the plates. But the worst of the worst, their fries!!! DISGUSTING ! Frozen fries tasteless, completely bland. Even in poutine! Very little sauce, which does not have the expected taste, crumbling cheese whose freshness leaves something to be desired. Total disappointment. Their beer is ok.
The food here is good, classic pub fare like burgers, fish and chips, poutine, as well as some more chic and trendy dishes, but the beer selection is understandably where this place really shines. If you've ever enjoyed a beer in your life, there's definitely something to suit your tastes here, whatever they may be.
We order the burger, a cocktail, and a beer. The beer was good, the burger was really salty! the cocktail was a solid 3/5. That being said, the staff was friendly and very attentive, and i love that i is dog friendly, and they were also super caring to my dog (gave her water and treats) . I would come back to grab a beer more than for food.
