This has to be the best L2 store I went to so far. The staff are super friendly and the service is very fast, didn’t even get to wait 5 minutes for my drink!!! It tasted super refreshing and when they do mess up your order, you can ask them to remake your drink which is so convenient!! Will def come back soon ;)
Always satisfied! I went to the one in Montreal in Chinatown. Very happy he has one on walks now.
The wait time is sometimes long, but worth it. The prices are much more affordable than other places where they serve the same things. I pay $3 less at this place than at other stores.

Usually I swear by the L2. But my experience today was more than disappointing. Started with three employees behind the counter when there were only two working. No wearing a hairnet. No hand washing between serving customers and preparing drinks. And that's just to list the points on food safety. The employee at the cash register was on his cell phone, did not pay attention to what the customers were ordering and repeated several times: A simple order comprising only two...
