The fountain drinks were disgusting: no ice, extremely hot drink, no sparkling, and 2 choices of drinks were completely empty. Also, very slow service...the employees don't seem to know what they are doing. Typical of McDonalds in Walmart I should say

No smoothie available, ok. I have a poutine, my partner a double bigmac trio.
We take the table service option.
3-4 minutes later, an employee comes to see us “we ran out of poutine sauce” ok, we will get a refund. No other words come out of the employee's mouth, even during the reimbursement 😅!
Then he brings my partner's meal, no drink. I ask “what about the drink?” Looks at me and points to the counter…. Don't say a word.
No ice cream either, and the bigmac far from being the usual McDo quality. ..

My fav fries are at mcdo , but, sometimes their salty and sometimes not...

Vegetarian options: Not sure, never order vegetarian food.

Kid-friendliness: There is kids meal.

There was a really questionable bug in the bottom of my small fry. The manager (after speaking to her boss on the phone) only offered to reimburse me for the fries even though I had a full lunch trio. She initially insisted that it was just a burnt piece of fries before I showed her the photo (she had already thrown the insect away). I had to argue that it didn't make sense as compensation and she ultimately refunded the full meal. It's still a really laughable excuse since it's unacceptable to find a dead insect in your food. In addition, the first thing the employee did was to throw away my leftover cabaret to give me a new fry... even though it was almost finished since the insect was at the bottom of the fry... The evil was already. Important fact to note: during this entire exchange with the employee and the manager, I did not have a single excuse given. It was almost as if something was just missing from my order... In short, I really didn't feel important as a customer.

I wrote to Mcdonald Canada a week ago and still no response.

If I could give zero stars I would have given it but too bad I can't!!!
I had dinner yesterday at noon with my husband and when I arrived I wasn't able to chat for even 1 minute with the cashier and then I saw the employee's boss arrive angry, telling me that I can't chat with her because she must work while I talk about their restaurant..! In short, for a chef I found her very unpleasant and aggressive towards her customers even though I spent almost $40 I find this unacceptable!!
They should change their boss and put in more competent and, above all, smiling people!!!! This is the first time I have eaten at their place and it will be the last time!!

Online orders with the application do not work. I was waiting at a terminal and the application told me that I had not arrived.

Really disappointed with the service, the employees spoke to us in English instead of French and several frequent errors.

We wait at the counter when the employees talk and do nothing.

The worst McDonald's I've ever seen, 30 minutes of waiting to receive a bang bang crispy mc trio with a nacho poutine to finally be told that there was no poutine sauce, we exchanged for a big Mac that we received 10 minutes later, crispy Mac received with a hair in it that we exchanged and the cashier left it lying on the counter for 10 minutes before giving it to us, all the drinks were hot and no ice in the machine
