food is good but the customer service is horrendous. the workers are rude, threw the receipt and they dont know what their sauces are.

Their avocado salads are exceptional! Warm and friendly at Fair View Pointe Claire.

Standard Lebanese mall food. Workers are polite (albeit a bit grumpy) and efficient. Portions are large and sauces are very tasty. It is better shawarma than most place. Will eat here again if visiting the mall again.

Worst customer service, it's not the first time I've been served this way
The Madam who works is always stupid, not having a good day, gives us the order without even looking.
It saddens me because I love Boustan and I’m not going to go there anymore in Saint-Bruno…

Désolé. J'ai essayé à nouveau car parfois, c'est simplement une mauvaise journée pour eux, ou pour nous. Mais non. Minimum de viande à l'intérieur d'un pita. Ridicule. Portion pour enfant de 5 ans.

the girl handled the sandwich without gloves and then she handled the cash register with them. It doesn't make you want to eat. the quantity of meat is minimal.

Food meets our expectations most of the time, but the quality of the meat regularly leaves something to be desired.
Otherwise, customer service is poor. The employees do not force themselves in any way, not even for a smile...

The service was extremely disappointing, the employees charged us extra without informing us and when we asked them for explanations they didn't help us at all & even laughed in our faces, telling us that they can't do anything, instead to try to help us or explain the why and how. Plus the food was cold! It was the lady at the checkout who was really very unprofessional and unpleasant, I strongly recommend this restaurant to all my loved ones and to those who read this review!

The shawarma bowl is amazing. A high protein meal with decent amount of rice and salads. Tastes good and keeps you full. And the price is ok.
