Flavor is good, no a problem there. Availability is my issue. Every time I come here there is something on the menu not available today it was the Burger, and since it make like half of the menu, imagine the frustration!

I went to this location last week and had a rather negative experience. One of the cooks was eating on the job and checking his phone. By the time I noticed this I had already ordered. He seemed oblivious to the fact that people were watching him. I wouldn't have been so critical in this review were it not for the fact that when reaching out to share my feedback I was ignored (it's been over 4 days now). A real shame they do not take customer concerns seriously.

We had a bad experience at Promenade st bruno mall. The burgers bun was cold, the meat patty cold inside and poutine inside was also cold. Bunch of amateurs, don’t recommend.
Really disappointed. The bread was almost inedible, the meat tasteless and nondescript. I regret spending my money on this meal that I barely tasted.

THIEVES,This review is not for the amount but for the principle. Last week I ordered a small poutine and a drink, the cashier tells me $9.82 a young man comes and tells her that she must register a COMBO which in fact is supposed to be cheaper!!!!! and the $10.48 surprise I persist with the young man and he tells me that he has no choice it's a COMBO ...... to pay less I took the drink away and paid and bought the drink on another bill!!!!!!! SO watch the COMBO they are more expensive than the prices indicated! For my part, it's the last time I'm going to this restaurant, and when it closes it will say that it's because of the COVID and not that it's thieves!!!!!Alain

I was at the Ridgeway and Eglinton venue last week. Food is great, the service is excellent. Munira and her siblings are doing an absolutely great job!!! If you keep it like this, we will always keep coming back. Highly recommended.
