The magic is long gone.
(This) Second Cup is an ordinary coffee shop with bad coffee and fast food type of service.
Under quality spreading rapidly everywhere, especially in this location.
That was my last time visiting a Second Cup Coffee shop while they do not respect their own recipes.
I will stick with those that keep their standards.

Lovers of good coffee, don't go there. Too expensive, served by teenagers who don't know anything about it and don't care. Dry chocolate (it’s morning, though). Want to steal the cute little cup, but I won't. I'm honest!

Very very disappointing I was at the second cup promenade Saint Bruno I asked for espresso with cream the mr told me they do that with milk I said no problem so he gave me sugar when I told him that I don't take any sugar the lady who was with him wanted to insult me by speaking her language I understood But never again I advise against this second cup in particular. ?????

Dirty... teens without attitude to customer service... worst cappuccino ever... they are so distracted and without motivation to to their work that everything is dirty and I think tlshe forgot to put actual coffee on my cup.It's a shame because I usually enjoy a lot second cup coffee...but no this time, unfortunately.

Since I wanted a strong coffee, I had an Americano,
Disappointment...tastes like regular, ordinary coffee
I ask for an espresso without sugar (I'm pregnant and diabetic). And hop a very very sweet coffee I ask the lady to change it and she refuses. She didn't even take the time to apologize.A zero service
