6 people working there at the same time. 4 of them talk with each other, 1 cleans up and 1 does orders. I haven't seen a slower paced establishment across multiple Starbucks stations. Today I asked if they have coffee beans to take home and the answer was, we probably have on the back but that was it. Didn't even suggest to go check.

Today at Starbucks, I asked for a cup of water for my child. To my surprise, the staff asked me whether I had placed an order. I explained that I had already ordered coffee earlier, and I just wanted some tap water for my child. I’ve been to Starbucks all around the world, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt insulted.

Just terrible service. 5 people behind the counter and it too 20 minutes for a chai latte. Not a clue what they were doing! Understand if it was busy but 3 people in line........

The worst service ever, I was given two wrong drinks by two baristas one changed it fine and the other one was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes at me. Cindy was so rude when I asked her to check my drink because I asked for a matcha latté and I was given a coffee instead and when I asked her about the other barista’s name she told me why don’t you go ask her yourself. This is not the type of service we expect at Starbucks, and it should definitely be addressed !

Before writing my review i said i dont want to write bad review before i see what people are saying, to read that no one is happy!!! This is really surprising that not only we all are nt happy with this shop but also no one cares! Dont want to blame it on the servers before they are all students, they are still young, and leaning, i blame it on the management! Always you go buy the same product but always different taste, sometimes with good coffee sometimes with i dont what coffee, this is nt the Starbucks standard around the world trust me! I moved to other coffee competitors because Starbucks is not what i used to drink!! Plus the place is almost always dirty!! Unfortunately. On the top of all, it the most expensive amongst all!

If I could give negative stars I WOULD. The server that served me was so mean and disrespectful! I can not believe how we get treated like this. It is the after Christmas shopping. It is normal that there is a lot of people. The people in the line are already mean so I was flabbergasted when my server was mean to me. She refused to give me service when I wanted to buy a gift card. The only okay people were the ladies that let me get before them. The server refused to give me service. I am so mad and can’t believe they treat people like this now.

Too bad to have to wait 15 minutes when there were only 3 customers, all this because the person who was in charge of heating the sandwiches spent more time laughing out loud and looking at his phone with his colleague than concentrating on his orders.

Bought Ice mocca Frappuccino, they don't taste mocca,they cut the portion so can filled out with whipped cream and still the don't put regular lid so is hard to drink from the lid that use for regular ice coffee.
This teenagers made me the worst coffee I have ever had in my entire life. How hard is it to follow directions so they can make customers happy.
