Before writing my review i said i dont want to write bad review before i see what people are saying, to read that no one is happy!!! This is really surprising that not only we all are nt happy with this shop but also no one cares! Dont want to blame it on the servers before they are all students, they are still young, and leaning, i blame it on the management! Always you go buy the same product but always different taste, sometimes with good coffee sometimes with i dont what coffee, this is nt the Starbucks standard around the world trust me! I moved to other coffee competitors because Starbucks is not what i used to drink!! Plus the place is almost always dirty!! Unfortunately. On the top of all, it the most expensive amongst all!

If I could give negative stars I WOULD. The server that served me was so mean and disrespectful! I can not believe how we get treated like this. It is the after Christmas shopping. It is normal that there is a lot of people. The people in the line are already mean so I was flabbergasted when my server was mean to me. She refused to give me service when I wanted to buy a gift card. The only okay people were the ladies that let me get before them. The server refused to give me service. I am so mad and can’t believe they treat people like this now.

Bought Ice mocca Frappuccino, they don't taste mocca,they cut the portion so can filled out with whipped cream and still the don't put regular lid so is hard to drink from the lid that use for regular ice coffee.

Super friendly staff, but clearly lacking in employing to supply the request. Waiting 20-25 minutes (excluding time in line) for a frappuccino is a long time. But it's not the fault of the staff on site, who worked like machines.

ils se sont trompé et mont fait un medium au lieu de large, elle a refait un drink. j’ai demandé si je pouvais avoir le medium pareil pour le donner à un travailleur des restos et elle a dit: non ta deja eu ton drink. je comprends que peut etre des gens abusent mais c’est juste du gaspillage on sait tres bien que le drink va aller au poubelle et merci de mavoir ignorer la premiere fois j’ai demandé ma question.

Gros merci à tout le staff qui travaillait vendredi 17 novembre vers 18h, vous avez une équipe de feu. Mention spécial au jeune homme (Phil son nom je crois) qui travaillait avec une rapidité folle et toujours avec le sourire malgré un rush qui n'en finissait pas. Je ne sais pas combien il est payé, mais il est peut être dû pour une augmentation.
