Starbucks

June 1 2026, around 4:15 pm, I received my order wrong so I returned to a female employee, then she made another one with an obvious attitude, then I received a dirty cup with coffee stains on it. The store wasn’t busy, and I wasted my 200 points on it. Hope the management look into it. I’m happy to point out who did that. Also, I was not happy with my experience from this store, Will not return and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

waited 55 minutes for an iced coffee today.
I wish it were an exaggeration. I cannot recommend stopping by this Starbucks.

Literally the slowest Starbucks ever, waited 20 minutes for a pink drink when there wasn’t even a line of people (we were three clients waiting) and it’s always like that even at 7 am when they just open… and they often give you seasoned milk instead of coffee with milk 🫩

Waited 30+ minutes to get simple coffee.
No one cleaning tables so it’s dirty.
There are 6 people behind the counter, but only two of them making drinks. Others just speaking with each others and taking infinity orders list.
Just horrible.

If i could give zero starts I would. I waited an hour for my drink while I came by super early, they prioritized the online orders over the ones made at the counter. After an hour I asked them if they had my drink and they still said it would be a while. Horrible service.

Go there with my daughter ! Always good, team is polite & fast.

They are the best Starbucks store ever, they deserve the five stars no matter what they are so professional and organized

I can’t begin my morning without taking my coffee from Starbucks saint-Bruno every day they made me addicted because they have a special techniques for a real coffee master !!!!

This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been waiting here for over 30 minutes, and when I asked about my order, I was told that this wait time is normal.
There’s no sense of customer service — I saw people who ordered after me get served first, while my sandwiches sat getting cold. Meanwhile, they prepared cold drinks for others before completing my order.
This is very disappointing and completely unfair. Starbucks, please take better control of your branches — the service quality is getting worse every day.

6 people working there at the same time. 4 of them talk with each other, 1 cleans up and 1 does orders. I haven't seen a slower paced establishment across multiple Starbucks stations. Today I asked if they have coffee beans to take home and the answer was, we probably have on the back but that was it. Didn't even suggest to go check.

Today at Starbucks, I asked for a cup of water for my child. To my surprise, the staff asked me whether I had placed an order. I explained that I had already ordered coffee earlier, and I just wanted some tap water for my child. I’ve been to Starbucks all around the world, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt insulted.
