It’s an acceptable Subway location, sometimes they’re a little skimpy on the toppings, and one time I got warned about showing up early for an online/app order. I didn’t expect the order to be ready nor did mind waiting there it was just odd to be told I was too early and that it’s important to show up at the time the app tells you the order is ready.

I was surprised by the efficient and friendly service they have at this subway branch. The employees were in a good mood, helpful and attentive. It is worth mentioning that the food was exquisite.
I hope they continue to maintain this great attitude.

Multiple bad experiences at this restaurant and with customer service. The employees are of unparalleled incompetence and the management is far from professionalism. During a visit, I use a coupon to order 2 6" sandwiches for the price of 1. Obviously, I take a 12" knowing that 6+6=12 and when it comes time to checkout it's quite a problem to charge me with a single 6in. The employee indicates that they are not supposed to do that, which leads me to believe that the order would not have been the same if I had ordered two 6in in the first place, due to a discount. Another time, I placed an order online and when I got there the clerk did not see the order even though my account was loaded and I showed him the receipt. He tells me that I need to place a new order and that I need to pay for it, takes down my phone number and tells me that the manager will call me to issue a refund. I never received a return. After contacting customer service I didn't hear back either so I paid for sandwiches which I never received. I hope that the $30 thrown in the trash will satisfy the owner and the corporation since I refuse to give another $1 to thieves.

The food is freaking expensive now. Like 12 inches for 20$ with taxes no combo. Most of the time at st-bruno the tomatoes and salad are not even good. Really disappointed.

I was refused cucumbers and black olives, although there were plenty left. Very disappointed, bad atmosphere in the restaurant, employees are poor and REALLY dumb. Run away!
