Thanks Zibo for the lovely experience we just had. We lunched: burger, pizza, pasta all were super good. Services was amazing, the cleanness, everything.

If you go to a party and you bring the cake to listen to "well that" they charge you $3 to cut the cake per person, we had a round of macarons what stupidity. The servers were very mixed, plate error, the servers were still nice.

Unfortunately the service was not there. There were few people there but I had very slow and disinterested service. I had time to finish my meal before someone came back to see if everything was okay, I tried to wave a few hands but the waitress was chatting with colleagues where they were nowhere to be found. I would have had another drink and some ketchup… not very impressed for the price.

My partner and I really like the Zibo. However, our last visit to St-Bruno was ordinary. We arrived at 6:45pm for our reservation, were seated and then it was a good 10 minutes before a waitress came to us to offer us water, which took a while to come (she is came back to take our order without the glasses of water). The starters took 1 hour to arrive and we had to ask everyone except our waitress for bread, water and what we needed.
Fortunately the food is good because the service leaves something to be desired.

We came on Wednesday at 6:30pm and me and my mom ordered right away 2 burgers.

30 mins went by and by 45 mins, we asked the waitress for the status of our order. After a while, she came back saying that the order didn't go through (system problem) so she said it was on the way.

Finally after almost an hour we received our burgers..

Would of loved for the waitress to give us at least a status after x amount of time but we had to ask because it was getting too long..

They did offer us a free dessert at the end to apologize for the delay.

I come with her once every 2 weeks. Today I came with my 2 daughters and I was trying to eat my meal. I was disturbed by “operation red nose” at my table asking for money while I was eating. These people put their bags of dirty coins on the table. Absolutely disgusting. The manager didn't care about my comment. You have lost a loyal customer

Calamari was very chewy and didn’t taste great. Dumplings were good. Steak sandwich was fine and the chicken burger too. We had sides of fries and salad. The fries were dry and were probably frozen… Service was fine.

We booked for a party. Arrival at the restaurant
Most eat with their very cold air conditioning coats. We asked our waitress if possible to lower or close the air??,!!
The air has been reduced a little. WE shared 2 dishes asian salad of chicken and shrimp beautiful

plates for the 2 of us!
Second plate of linguini pasta in rosé sauce with lobster and shrimp, very good and enough for us!

The missing star is for the staff's failure to inform us that there is indeed a bathroom for wheelchairs. We found ourselves in the regular toilet room with our son in a wheelchair without any functional toilet cubicle. My husband later saw that there was an adapted but unidentified room, apparently reserved for staff. SO

Wheelchair accessibility: Unidentified toilets and or at the very least when a person with reduced mobility arrives with devices or like us with a wheelchair with a disabled person, should have informed us of this upon our arrival.

Unfortunately I have no intention of returning to Zibo Saint-Bruno, once I came to eat with a friend and the waiter put pressure on us to have a high bill and even a tip, I understand that we still have to leave a tip and order a reasonable bill but that puts me under sales pressure from the waiter, no, that's not good manners with customers and I have 5 years of experience in customer service... I order what I don't want because my bill is $50 that I have to add something so that it costs me $120 when leaving.. I was there for the first time and I'm not going back again, sorry

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The food is delicious and really exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the service was exceptional. The waiters are friendly and always willing to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

Another aspect that impressed me were the bathrooms; They were very clean, which is always a good sign of attention to detail. I also loved that the service was quick, so we didn't have to wait long to enjoy our food.

I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good dining experience and quality service. I will return without a doubt!
